What we do
We take your call, find out what is happening and book a licensed plumber for the earliest slot. The plumber diagnoses the problem, gives you a clear price and does the work once you agree.
We handle the services listed on the services page. We do not do gas line repair, and we say so on the call instead of sending someone who cannot finish the job.
South Carolina plumbing work follows the 2021 South Carolina Plumbing Code or the 2021 International Plumbing Code (IPC) with state modifications. The Building Codes Council, part of LLR, set January 1, 2023 as the implementation date for local jurisdictions.
The City of Hanahan Building and Codes department enforces it inside the city. Licensing for the person doing the work is separate and handled by the Residential Builders Commission.

We also do not promise arrival times. Traffic, weather and call volume change them. We give you an honest estimate on the call.
Checking any plumber before you hire
South Carolina requires residential plumbing contractors to be licensed. The Residential Builders Commission, under the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, handles it. LLR licenses the individual, while a Certificate of Authorization covers the company.
Ask for the license, check it with LLR and compare more than one price on planned work. For permits, ask the City of Hanahan Building and Codes department, which can tell you what your project needs.

Why one dispatch line instead of a long menu
Plumbing problems rarely announce themselves politely. A toilet that will not stop running at midnight and a main line that quits on Sunday afternoon both need a person, not a form. One line, answered at all hours, keeps the first step simple.

How pricing works here
We do not publish flat rates for work that depends on what is behind the wall or under the slab. We give a clear price after the plumber sees the problem, and before work starts. If something changes once the area is open, you approve the change first.
A clear price should say what is included, what is not and whether any part carries a warranty from the manufacturer. Ask for those three things on any quote, ours or anyone else's.
