These terms cover use of this website and requests for plumbing service through our phone line.
Use of this site
The information on this site is general guidance and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a licensed plumber. Do not rely on it for gas, electrical or structural decisions.
Service and pricing
A plumber will give you a clear price before work starts. Any change in scope is explained and approved by you before it is done. Appointment times are estimates and can change with traffic, weather and call volume.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing the call you accept this.
Limits
We do not repair gas lines and we do not respond to gas leaks ahead of the gas utility. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 and your gas utility.
